Getting back on the wagon

I fight with weight constantly. Sometimes when I de-rail for various reasons I spiral. After getting into the best shape of my life a few years ago, I have been on a roller coaster since then.

Recently, I lost the weight again and have started putting it back on for a few months. That stops today! Looking for some friends and support. Keep me honest and I’ll do the same for you. Love to see others putting in the work, and going out then I go out to match or more.

Thank you. And I look forward to hearing from you.

It could be worthwhile to investigate why you struggle. Going on and off wagons usually means that whatever weightloss method you are using, doesn't fit you. If losing weight/getting fit is what motivates you, you don't have that motivation anymore when you reach your goal. If your lifestyle doesn't feel right, you'll go right back to one that did. Find a way of eating and moving that is rewarding in itself, and you'll maintain weight and stay fit almost effortlessly.
