For those of you interested in the Power/Hypertrophy routine. This is a very modified version for my needs but will give the basic premise of how it works (one strength day, and one hypertrophy day for muscles)
When you are more advanced and workoing on proportion perfect, you may need to drop the power or hyper day altogether for certain body parts.
