Intro - Started off well - waned recommitted now - help!

Hi MFP Community
I am an overweight guy looking to change my bad habits, I am/was using MFP as a main tool for improving health. I was doing well with MFP (logging for sure, eating better mostly, had a few days where I didnt do well but better than before) for about 2 weeks (longest sustained effort so far) then dropped off about a week ago.
I want to join the community here so that being healthier will be sustained.
I also started a blog at Tryingtobehealthier.com with a few posts for helping me to be accountable and even mention MFP in my tools for starting to be healthier.
Anyways, an introduction to myself is made here (a better intro to me is here) and hope to hear from others with tips, advice, encouragement, comments or even a "WTF are you doing" and also feel free to friend me.
