My blood work is as follows
Cholesterol 202 ( upper limit 200)
LDL cholesterol 119( upper limit 100)
Non HDL Cholesterol 140 ( upper limit 130)
So not the worst profile but could get there if I didnt keep a check. No Diabetes.
What diet advise would you give ? I only eat meat based food may be twice a week . Eat eggs daily .
Not much in the way of exercising yet

My numbers were bad. Doc put me on statins for life. I asked if I could lower it naturally and was told no. However the meds have worked and 3 months later my c numbers are normal1

My numbers were pretty bad and I lowered them with diet and exercise and losing weight. I eat plenty of meat and I eat eggs almost daily. I increased my veg and fruit consumption from almost nill to lots. I started getting more fiber by eating things like beans and lentils and oats and other whole grains. I started eating fish a few days per week and in general started eating leaner cuts of meat. I started eating more nuts and avocados and such. I also started exercising regularly and dumped 40 Lbs.0

Unless you have hereditary hyper cholesterolemia, dietary cholesterol does not have much impact on serum cholesterol. Red Yeast Rice can help a little as a supplement. The most critical factors are exercise and fat loss. Fat loss lowers total and exercise increases HDL. You didn't mention your ratios of total to HDL. That is a key metric.0

My cholesterol went from 249 in January of this year to 195 as of last week, with LDL and triglycerides back into normal range as well. Like so many things, there seem to be a lot of factors that can contribute to high cholesterol, so there's no one-size-fits-all solution. I didn't add or take anything out of my diet generally, but I have cut back on drinking and smoking (although I quit neither), been eating at a deficit for seven of the last nine months (two roughly maintenance), lost 30 pounds, and increased my daily exercise from about 20 minutes of walking to 3-40 minute of walking and 10-20 minutes of jogging (the exercise was really just over the last two months). That's not to say that changing what you eat won't help - I was already eating a fairly balanced diet, just too much of it and definitely too much alcohol. But without overriding anything your doctor said, and assuming you're overweight and less active than you could be, I would just note that focusing on those elements and not worrying overmuch about what exactly makes up your diet is one successful way to lower cholesterol. Again though, everyone's different and I am not a doctor.1

You put your hdl as 140...did you mean 40?
Are your triglycerides high?

This video has some interesting experiments with diet and cholesterol. He lowered his cholesterol by eating excess fat.
