One year later_same weight

These pictures are one year apart. The left is last year and the right is today.
I am the same EXACT weight in both pictures. The difference... I've been strength training the past few months. Kettlebell workouts, jogging and I have recently started HIIT videos.
My chipmunk cheeks have turned into muscle in my legs.
I'm so focused on the number on the scale, I didn't see the change until I put the pictures side by side. This was just the motivation I needed to keep doing what I'm doing even though the scale isn't moving. Might not look like much to anyone else but I can tell a difference.

It's kind of hard to tell with the different clothes and distance from the camera. How many inches have you lost?0

You have to remember just because the numbers on the scale haven't change dosent mean you haven't lost fat. Muscle mass weighs more that fat4
