After super stress work days blah

After a 10 or 12 hour work day how do you grab your shoes and go for a run/walk/ crawl/ work out? I usually have 3 super stressful scream like a raptor work days a week. I barely get dinner ready those days if I work out we eat at 9:30 or take out happens, if I make dinner I end up working out at 10pm and good luck with sleep or no work out. How do you guys balance the hours/family/veg time with workouts?
