Pleasantly unfit

So I'm new to this. Does anyone else find it really hard not to binge on alcohol during the weekends? I'm a huge beer drinker normally. I eat really good and get decent exercise in but come weekend, I feel diet is out the door. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds. What can I do? I love this app because it helps keep me accountable but, I like socially drinking. I'm feeling really discouraged with being honest.
