Hi, I'm new to taking diets seriously

Hi everyone....or to anyone that reads this I suppose.

I'm in my early twenties and poor health runs in my family....this gives me the fear. I've hit a stage in my life where long term preservation has became important. Hoping a good diet and positive attitude will help towards that.

I'm looking for a friendly network to compare recipes and workouts
