    I read this post and comments, then immediately went and bought chocolate walnut brownies and icecream for the family.

    I love my desserts, it's often a bowl of mango, some figs, or raspberries, maybe with a square of dark chocolate.

    I eat dessert every day.
    Recently during the week it has been sugar free jelly/jello, frozen berries, a frozen concoction of natural yoghurt and protein powder, topped with chocolate cereal and nuts.

    Your dessert is literally my breakfast lmao.

    It is sweet, satisfies my sweet tooth, and helps me hit macros and micros....
    If I ate "dessert" every night I'd be a fat porker, and/or malnutritioned.
