120 pound loss now bulking

Hello all! I started at 248 and lost 120 pounds over a course of 2.5 years. Mostly did just calorie counting, but towards the end added macro counting as well since I was severely lacking in my protein intake. I got down to a size 4(started at a 22/24) and felt too thin and didn’t have the muscles I wanted. So now I’m bulking to hopefully
get the physique I’m wanting. I’m up now almost 15 pounds. So yeah. Also did the weight loss with hypothyroidism, while breastfeeding twins for a good portion of it.

You look great - I can't even imagine juggling twin babies, losing weight and working out like a beast. Good on you!2
