half marathon energy

Hi everyone! I am going to be running my second half in the fall and I wanted to have some kind of energy booster to take about half way through. I have heard of a lot of different kinds but what one works the best? Tell me what your favorite long distance running energy boosters are!

    Everyone responds differently, so it's best to try anything a few times before race day.

    To your question, I like gels/gus with caffeine.

    Yup, try a few different kinds during your training runs and see what your body likes best.

    I like a small handful of jelly beans or gummi bears.
