I can't believe I let myself get here! 230lbs... geesh. I am so misserable in my own skin. Everything is more difficult carrying this around! My greatest struggle is that I don't have anyone who shares this struggle with me. Here I go, moving and counting! Any ideas on how to get a fitness partner?

Look for someone who's already accomplished what you want. That way it's not the blind leading the blind so to speak. I see that so often here. A bunch of people will get together to "motivate" each other but because no one in the group knows what they're doing you end up going in circles.
Check out the success stories and connect with some of those people who are willing to be a mentor. All the best! It can be hard at times but it's totally worth the effort. I promise.3 -
