Day 3 need to lose 110 lbs feeling pretty good about it 2 days logged 2 days on elliptical

Been shopping with the wife we went to logans for lunch ( we did not eat the bread) I had a 6oz sirloin ( smallest steak I ever ate) steamed broccoli and a salad no crotons.

    I also have 110 to lose and that's after 73 days logging!

    Weigh everything and log it. Learn what BMR and TDEE are and get your intake somewhere in between the two.

    If hungry, try drinking water before meals, bulking up with low cal foods like mushrooms, lettuce, greens.

    Psyllium can help too.

    Be very consistent with your calories. Good luck and genuinely...

    take it one day at a time and just fulfill the current day objectives
