I like mine because they include vegies
... WPI, oats, green banana flour, baking powder, whatever sweetener you like/need, egg whites, and zucchini.

This one is my favorite Pumpkin Protein Pancakes. I top it with canadian maple syrup (or Walden Farm's Pancake syrup if I want to reduce the calories), low fat whip cream and I then pour Walden farms Caramel syrup on the whip cream. Just amazing.

This is the recipe i like as well.

I buy one call "Flapjacked". Its not bad at all! I don't like eggs at all so this is much better than homemade!

Those all sound really good! I ended up trying one from Pinterest but I added my own things to it.
1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 scoop protein powder (I used ideal lean caramel mocha), 2 tsp dark cocoa powder, and cinammon. then topped with a tbs of chunky peanut butter.
It was super filling and pretty good

My husband and I just did protein pancakes for brunch! Standard Betty Crocker recipe, but with 4 T PB dry peanut powder stirred in. Man was that good!!! So light and fluffy. Highly recommend! I topped mine with butter and cool whip

I don't have the recipe to hand just now, but have made some killer Quinoa Pancakes. Will plug in the recipe today or tomorrow and figure out protein content. But even the picky small person demolishes those (and I think I know what I'll be making for breakfast sometime this week...)

I mix some regular pancake mix with some vanilla protein powder and egg whites and you have pancakes/waffles! tastes better than kodiak and a lot cheaper!

Oh I forgot the best one! Cottage cheese pancakes! Make in blender, 1c cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 1 c flour, salt, milk. Pour in dollops on hot skillet. Texture closer to crepe, but so yummy!

This. I'll sometimes throw in a little protein powder.
