Casey, I would like to join you. In March I'm walking a half marathon with amazing but crazy friends - been over a year since I have walked one - I need to get in motion and healthier.
This month I'm going to focus on the exercise bike - it's a start. 5 pounds a month - let's go0 -

Ultimate Goal: 140 lbs0 -
1st October 2017 - 88kg (194lb)
Minimum goal 1st November - 84kg (185lb)
Ideal goal Halloween 2017 - 80kg (176lb)
Ultimate goal - 57-60kg (125-132lb) though check back when closer to weight goal.
That might seem extreme for a month but not impossible trust me. I gain/lose pretty easily. I lost 20kg on MFP before I just gained it back.0 -

How's everyone doing? I'm down 2lbs which is amazing to me since I have been so busy at work I haven't done 1/2 of the diet or any of the exercise plans I had for this week. High hopes for next week - I need to exercise and increase my energy level during this process.0
