2 months and 18 lb and 6% body fat

Been at it since August 1st with goal of 2 lb a week and Quest to at least 15% Body fat. I was at 207 and hit 188.6 lb yesterday and 22.1% BF which is down from 28 plus %. Been using my Withhings body scale, Map My Run App, My FitnessPal and recording my food and exercise (6 days a week). My goal
Is 15% and then maybe try 12%. I’m 51 so this is a bit tougher than in my younger days but proof that progress can be made. I run up
The stairs at work as well (5 flights). Sometimes, 3-4 times but am integrating whatever I can into my daily routine. Best to all of you in your endeavors, stay motivated, positive, and committed. It doesn’t come easy but losing those lb of fat and fitting in your clothes Better is highly satisfying.
