Every month, the UAC, encourages team members to track all of the intake calories; consume less than their chosen calorie limit; and exercise daily for at least 20 minutes of intentional activity.

That means the UAC is an accountability group for both those who want to lose weight and those who want to maintain the weight they have lost.

It's a great group of people and of course, the membership varies from month to month. If you are looking for accountability friends, the UAC is a great choice.

Daily sign ins are strongly encouraged and 3 Pass days are allowed per month. Those who succeed are victoriously congratulated by announcing them as members of our Winner's Circle!

I believe this is the best challenges on MFP and is starting October 1

Not solely focused on weight loss (though I have attained my goal weight in 3 months on this challenge by losing over 40 lbs and then have maintained it for a month so far).
  • Focused on consistency.
  • Both scale and non-scale victories celebrated.
  • Great group of participants that help each other daily.

If you want to see how it runs, have a look at September - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/122363-ultimate-accountability-challenge-september-2017

How much better would your results be with daily focus?

Think you can keep consistent for a month?

Wow this challenge board fills up quick (mostly with challenges that focus on weight "lose weight now" or "do more of this exercise").

If you really want long term results that stick, UAC is the way to go.

    - Get off the yo-yo cycle.
    - Stop pushing yourself to do stuff you cannot maintain long term.
    - Join a challenge that REALLY works (with amazing people that care about YOU).

    You choose the diet.
    You choose the exercise.
It's all about how well you stick to it.

Are you doing this again in Nov? I’d love to take part.
