Hi, I'm not a big drinker (few beers, maybe a bottle of red at the weekend), but would like to see effect of not drinking for a month. Anyone up for joining me, but of supporting each other and see what happens?

It helps gym gains to reduce alcohol consumption, depending on the current level of fitness and imbibement. I drank quite regularly almost 10 years ago (and worked out) - I quit entirely back then and lost about 18 pounds of midsection.1
