Fresco Taco Bell

Has anyone tried the Fresco menu from Taco Bell? It is awesome...My fav is the fresco soft chicken taco. Only 170 calories and no guilt. Very fresh.
Let me know if you have tried it.

    Yes! I love the soft chicken taco. I didn't care for the steak one though. I didn't love the burrito either, but the the tacos are my new favorites!

    You can order just about anything on their menu fresco style. It does help bring down calories, but remember it is still fast food, super high in sodium, and probably other stuff you don't want in your body. Enjoy in moderation :)

    I have tried a few things, I liked them. The salsa is a little spicey for me, but I am a huge baby when it comes to spicey stuff. It's good though when you absolutely have to have taco bell but want to cut some calories.

    My husband loves Taco Bell so I am glad for the Fresco menu too! I like the Bean Burrito and the regular soft taco (I'm sure I'd love the chicken too... we are just usually opting for massively cheap food when at Taco Bell!)
