A Healthy Frappuccino!

- 3/4 Cup of strong coffee, or 2 shots espresso
- 1 Cup almond milk. ( You can use other types )
- 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Banana ( I freeze mine )
- Ice


(Optional garnish: whipped cream, chocolate sauce, handful of choco chips....etc)

Chunk all the above into a blender and let 'er rip! :) This makes more than one serving.

    I have a weak spot for frappuccinos. And then I found out a Tall Lite Coffee one is only 110 calories.

    I should try this. I don't like coffee, but I love a frap!

    I use instant myself. I got mine at Whole Foods, but have seen it at Target, so it should be easy to find. I just dump a spoonfull of it in.
