Are sweeteners bad?

I started drinking coffee recently, and I like it sweet. I've been putting 2 sweeteners for the past 2 days. Are those bad at all?

Radiator fluid is sweet and it'll kill you, but the sweeteners you find in the grocery section of the store are safe to eat.
