I'm trying to make sure I don't enter starvation mode while dieting. My calorie goal according to My Fitness is 2400, I usually hit between 1800-2100. I also walk between 6-9 miles most days of the week which is 800-1200 calories burned. I'm 6'8, male,286 now and shooting for 250. Do I need to eat more to compensate for the calories burned. Not hungrgy at the end of night. IThank you
Robert

Everyone's different in eating back their exercise calories. Some say you can eat them and still lose the weight, while others say you shouldn't. I personally never eat back my exercise calories but see what works for you. Maybe try it for a few weeks and see if your weight drops or not. You're already under your calorie goal everyday so eating a few extra probably wouldn't hurt.0
