Please add me bn using MFP for 18mths lost an awful lot of weight and only 14lb from my goal but seriously losing motivation and feel like giving up :(

    Healthy weightloss tapers off as you get closer to goal. If you have lost weight really fast, by undereating, you're in for a rebound binge.

    If weightloss is your only motivation, you'll lose that when you hit goal weight.

    There is no such thing as giving up eating and living. Weight maintenance is going to take the rest of your life. Prepare for maintenance now, by making an eating and living plan you can and want to stick to forever.
