I'm so over starting over. I turned 30 in June and am ready to be the best me I can be. I had my last baby right at a year ago and have suffered with ppd since. I'm feeling much better now that I'm on Zoloft but unfortunately the Zoloft along with nursing has increased my appetite by what feels like 100x. I really need some accountability friends. So, y'all ADD me!:)

    me too! I had my son 3 years ago next month and life has been thrown in to a whirl wind. I have had ppd and marital issues and I have blown up. I will be 29 this month and refuse to turn 30 still in the same place I am in. I have a great family, and two beautiful kids-but do not have weight loss support really other than one person. I am really wanting to find accountability friends who have weight to lose! :)

    I don't have kids but I turn 30 next May. It's dreadful to think about. I'm trying to get into the best shape of my life by that time.
