    I too use flaxmeal (ground) so it doesn't just pass through. Keep it in the fridge or freezer as it can go rancid faster once ground. The also use golden flaxmeal more - a slightly better flavour, IMO.

    I use them to bread meats like a schnitzel or chicken nuggets. I also use it as a filler in meatloaf and burgers.

    For baking, I add it to everything. I only bake LCHF so my baking is usually coconut flour, flaxseed, chia, hemp and protein powder based.
