Heyo!
I just started week 1 of Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping 10 week program and I am so pumped right now! I am a mom of 4 and work full time so as you can imagine, everything else just took a back burner. I'm ready to change that. Feel free to add me if you are in the same boat
I'm 5'4", 228 pounds, and my goal is to lose about 60.

I am doing Farrell’s body challenge too! I’m finishing up week 3 now. I’m getting a little frustrated as the scale isn’t moving. I know they said to not get in the scale but I can’t help myself.0
