Trying to gain weight with Gastroparesis

I'm a 24yr old guy, 5'10, 132lbs as of this morning, and have been trying to regain the 27lbs I lost last year due to gastroparesis. I'm doing better than the beginning of the year when I was 118lbs, but I still have some ways to go before I reach my original weight of 145-150lbs. Does anyone else here suffer from gastroparesis and if so, any tips for how to gain weight? Some days I can eat alot but others, like yesterday, I cannot. I also suffer from stomach pains at times which makes it incredibly hard to eat. I'm currently suffering from some today and eating is going to be a struggle which sucks.
