I am 115 pounds and need to be healthy and 135 .. what are the best ways to gain weight fast but healthy...

    Find your TDEE using an online calculator. It's not going to be extremely accurate, but it'll be precise and give you an idea of what you're likely burning +/- a hundred calories or so. Eat 500 calories above that and lift weights.

    Put your stats into mfp, set your goal to gain half-a-lb or one lb per week, and hit your calorie goal. Strength training will help some of the weight you gain to be muscle.

    Fast weight gain is generally unhealthy. Slowing down weight loss, while incorporating strength training will mitigate somw fat gains and help improve health and strength.

    Like others said, find your maintenance calories and eat 250 to 350 calories above that. If you nees help with that, read the below.

    Eat more calories than your body burns and you gain weight.
