New regime day two

Somebody suggested that due to my working days and nights that i should go for early morning gym sessions.
Yesterday morning - 530 am weights session after night shift.
Today will be cardio heaven again at 530am.....treadmill, bike, elliptical and rower.
And yes i am loving this!
