Guess this is a bit of a re introduction. I’d been extremely fit the majority of my life, but joined MFP several years ago sort of as an accountability measure. Experienced a family tragedy a little over a year ago, sank into depression and medicated that grief with huge food intake. Not only heavier than I ever dreamed possible, but just not healthy. Realize there is no silver bullet and not looking for one. Made my first positive step today with my first trip to the gym in over a year. It felt fantastic
