Preparing for First 2 Hour Long Class?

Tomorrow night I'm challenging myself to take a 2 hour Bokwa (http://youtu.be/y_soxJDXAFE) class. When I started off exercising 15-20 minutes was hard and now I'm up to an hour pretty easily. I know this will be hard and the class will definitely be high intensity, fast-paced, and non-stop because I've had this instructor before, but I think I can do it if I push myself. And maybe take some little breaks.

My question is, I've never exercised for this long at such an intense level and I'm not sure how to prepare. What should I eat before? Should I do some extra stretching first? Should I have some sort of electrolyte beverage or snack with me? Any other tips for a first-timer doing a long and intense class? Thanks!

bowka is easily tailorable... just tone it down as you need to.take out a hop or bounce for a song- recover then add back up- you are going long term so don't go all out for the first 5 songs.

enjoy and have fun- remember it's dance fitness- not like dance and die. :)

make sure you eat the morning of- I typically eat 60-75 minutes before hand- the more intense or longer the activity- the further out I eat... most 1 hr long class I shoot for 45-60 minutes in advance having a little snack.

    stretch like normal.

Do bring some gadorade and a snack- you might need it- don't PLAN on making the gadorade your only drink- bring water.

sip it- don't chug it- but if you get light headed or weak- relax- take a minute to walk it off and if you get SUPER light headed and shaky- go drink the gadorate (with water) if that helps good... if it's not enough keep taking a break and then pick at your snack... see how you feel.
