I am always looking to make better choices around Breakfast time and recently stumbled on this Oatmeal, which is cheap, organic, and has Flax seed, Wheat, Barley, Quinoa, and Rye in it to keep cholesterol down and comes in at 6g protein. It is, however, unsweetened, so I took a chance and put some chocolate protein powder in it and it made for a decent power breakfast!
Now, it's never going to put Coco-Puffs out of business, but it is a solid stick to your ribs breakfast. (I Hope the pic shows up.) The brand is Better Oats Organic, and I got it at a Butera store in the midwest.
