How to log aquafitness

Hey everyone! I do an aqua fitness class that is actually pretty intense exercise! How would I go about logging this?

    It is in the cardio section under water aerobics. I have done it for years and have found the MFP estimate accurate for me. You may want to monitor for a few weeks to see if it is accurate for you.
