Not giving up

So I decided to not give up. So what if the scale Doesn’t say what I wish it would say? That doesn’t mean that my efforts are going to waste! A few examples I can provide are:

I am 35 and people think I look younger than I am.
I am in better shape health - wise then some of the people I know who are younger than me.
I know people who are in way worse shape … It is apparent that they need to work on adopting healthier habits.
I try my best to help people live a healthy lifestyle! I preach to my friends about not being obsessed with the scale or image, and to workout/eat healthy in order to live a healthy life.
I am not on any medication for my health while most of my family is, diabetes, blood pressure, depression etc.
My friends often tell me that I look healthy, I have a great complexion and great skin – I believe this comes from all the fruits and veggies I eat on a daily basis, along with lean protein, my protein shake, and working out.

My goals to eat healthy and workout, are not only about the scale or about what size I wear, they are to try and live a longer, more problem free life.
I am not going to let the number on the scale, or the number on the size of my clothes undermine my efforts!

YES!!! B)<3 The scale is never a true measurement of our efforts. It's actually an evil little *kitten* sometimes... Focus on Health and Fitness and that is all you need!!! Keep on pushing forward every day!
