    FYI - this board is a little flexible on topic wrangling but note that there is a fitness and exercise area that might generate more responses to your updates.

    Also - why 42 minutes of jump rope? How did you arrive at that time limit?

    Having said that, you always seem to be complaining about being tired. Depends on your goals, but it's probably not necessary and can actually be counterproductive to continuously workout in a way that leaves you wiped out for the rest of the day.
