    I've been 16:8 since before it had a name. To me it has always been, "Eat a couple meals, maybe a snack."

    It's easy and convenient - but other than that there is not a lot of magical benefit. You lose weight by consistently eating fewer calories than your body needs.

    Yea, I am tracking my macro intake, while not putting myself in a caloric deficit. Even without cutting my calories I managed to lose 7 pounds in just a week.
