Started working with a personal fitness trainer yesterday. Tried over and over to do the video thing at home. Works great for about a month and I see lots of improvement but I seem to always fall off the wagon. Why does cheesecake have to be soo yum!? So now my muscles are hating me but it will pay off. Note to self: working out alone is for the birds!! Summerville SC here so if you are in the area let me know.

So far it seems to be helpful and full of resources. Try logging my first days worth of food intake wasn't too bad either.0
