Can't find any info about "polimea" being a medical condition. However, a few things to note:

To be a patient, you should be receiving treatment for, tracking, and/or managing a condition with the help of medical professionals.

Before you can track, treat or manage, you have you have a diagnosis, or at least a suspected diagnosis.
