I am a 41 yo wife and & mother. I started out nice and strong. 3 months in I am down 30 pounds but I am just tired and starting to lose motivation. It seems I am always working or doing housework or going to the gym. And I am just tired. How do you keep up the motivation? Really need some motivational support.

Eat less to lose weight. Exercise for fun, health and general wellbeing. Expect weightloss to slow down, eat food you like, and get more rest.0

This. There are many days I'm not motivated to train or make good food choices.... But I do it anyway. I know that if I don't I won't get the results I want.
Training is planned, and on the way home from work, with my husband. We kind of motivate each other when we're there - it's not very often we're both unmotivated!0
