Looking for a group to keep me motivated

My name is Chris and I live in Long Island NY. I would like to be back to my old weight of 124 pounds. i am now 183 at 5 foot 10. My weight is in my abdomen only and clothes hide it well. I am use to eating one meal a day so I am now keeping on a schedule of 5-6 small meals. I would like to have a support team to help me though this time. I hope I can help anyone out there with the same problems such as water drinking and regular exercise. My emotions get in the way because I do the opposite of most- I don't eat so I don't lose weight. I have a hard time staying on a schedule to eat so this is the challenge I have.
