Hi there, my name is Trista.
Not too long ago, I deleted my myfitnesspal account. Before that, I had joined in May 2016, and have since lost 44 pounds!
In April this year, I did Whole30, and was on and off of tracking for a good few months. I decided I didn't need to track anymore. I thought if I just ate real food, I wouldn't need to track. Good news is that after I deleted my account, I didn't gain weight. But I didn't lose either! I managed to maintain, which is good. But I want to get back to losing! So I intend to follow a mostly paleo/whole food approach. This past year and a half has taught me so much, and I'm ready to continue on the journey!
