Options
Alfredo sauce:
Half a head of cauliflower (boiled in veggie stock)
5cloves of garlic
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
3tbs vegan mayo
Half cup of the veggie stock
*put all in blender

I jarred the majority of it and used about a quarter cup on top of spaghetti squash with some spinach, olives and artichoke hearts. It was soooo yummy
