Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl EASY

I do most of shopping at Trader Joe's so you may have to make some changes but is very easy, nutrition-packed, and incredibly delicious:


Hawaiian Select Ahi Tuna Steaks:
Diced 12 oz
Calories: 360
Protein: 81 g
Fat: 2 g
2 Smallish avocados:
Calories: 160
Protein: 2 g
Fat: 16g
Carbs: 8 g
Riced Cauliflower:
1.5 cups
Calories: 40
Protein: 4 g
Carbs: 8 g

Add carrots cucumbers scallions sesame seeds panko crumbs etc. as wanted.

Total Calories: ~560-600
Total Protein: 87 g
Total Fat: 18 g
Total Carbs: 16 g

I marinate my Tuna for about 30 mins in the fridge with a dash of sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and siracha. Sometimes I'll add more chili sauce and throw in some non fat plain yogurt to make a spicy tuna Poke. You can add the ingredients and make them pretty for your social media or mix them up and shove them down your throat. Either way, enjoy!!!
