Hi everyone,
I’ve had my fitnesspal app for a long time, however recently I’ve got more involved with it. My main aim is to monitor my eating, I’m a chocolate lover so I fall off the band wagon every week. I want to start teaching myself healthier eating habits and be able to treat myself in moderation without feeling guilty and falling back into bad habits. I’ve recently started back up with exercising, been on and off. I look forward to my new health journey and will love to make new friends here

If only more people could see that a healthy lifestyle is just that, habits. Small changes here and there that you stick with and make your new normal so that you are not just jumping on every fad diet that comes along. Best of luck with your new goals.
P.S. Chocolate is not bad. Too much chocolate is bad. :-)0 -
good luck. I hear the chocolate train is a tough one. luckily I just kill potato chips (I fear mine is worse by far) haha.
