Run and weights when feeling sick ?

Since Friday I 've been getting terrible nausea and stomach cramps.Havent been sick but lost appetite and feel rubbish.
I just started training for 10k same as C25k app and I was going to do stronglifts after.
I do everything at home.

What do I do ?
Feel.awful if I skip it but feel like I just want sofa and hot water bottle.

    skip it. workouts while sick are rarely worthwhile.

    No way don't do it. If you work out you will just feel so much worse your body needs to rest for recovery.

    Listen to your body, and not your brain. If your body wants to move, let it. If it wants to lie on the couch and not move, let it.

    Getting some fresh air can be a good thing if you're feeling bleurgh, but go for a gentle walk skip the running and the lifting.

    Thanks guys decided not to,felt worse as day went on. Hoping to get rid off whatever this is until weekend so I can get back to my routine.
    I don't know why I feel so guilty.
