Confused about calories for cooking meat

Hi everyone. Sorry if this is a silly question!
I’m cooking chicken breast in a wok, how do I measure the calories for this? The chicken is 107kcal per 100g, I’m going to weigh the chicken to determine how many total calories this will be in total. Do I then just add the calories from the oil?
Hope that makes sense! Thank you

Weigh uncooked chicken, log it at that weight.
Measure oil log that.
Log anything else you add to it that has calories.0 -
Thank you for clarifying appreciate it!0

Yep, most oils (at least the ones I use) are 100 calories/tablespoon and that is not a neglible amount. I've taken to grilling my chicken and steak.
I also just bought an immersion cooker, which cooks very evenly without drying, and doesn't require grilling or any fat at all. (If you cook steak that way it needs to be quickly braised afterwards but with very little oil.) My favorite new cooking toy!0
