I thought I was making the right choice after I ate this soup. Nope! I was shocked after I entered in the data base just how many calories there were and the salt content. I have been trying to watch my sugar and salt intake. I won't be eating this soup again.

    That's why I always read the label before I buy and I always log before I eat. I don't like surprises.
