Life has taken its toll. I have paid my dues. I am ready for my next chapter. Got to set the example for my daughter. Need all advice and tips. I’m into to naturally doing what’s needed.

- Set up your account honestly & accurately - don't automatically choose the fastest rate of loss, it's not suitable for everyone.
- Get a food scale if you don't already have one, it's the most accurate way to measure your calorie intake
- Log a few normal days first, review the data and make small sustainable changes to get to your calorie allowance
- Stick with it and try to increase your activity levels
- Eat back exercise calories - at least 50% to start with, review weight loss after 4-6 weeks and adjust amount as required.
- Don't restrict foods unless you really can't control your intake of them and don't make super drastic changes.
