I want to gain healthy weight, but I want to gain weight in my butt, thighs, breasts, & hips. I want to look more feminine & curvy & I just don't feel beautiful anymore. Have you done or tried anything that helped you to gain in these areas? I don't want to gain a bunch of belly fat

You can't dictate where you gain (or lose) weight from. Genetics does that.
The best you can do for your goal is to lift heavy using a program like StrongCurves and eat in a slight deficit, maybe 100-250 calories over maintenance.0 -
Gaining fat in those areas will be due to genetics, unfortunately you can't pick and choose where it goes.
If you want to look more curvy, adding mass/muscle to the glutes, thighs, back (lats in particular) can help give you more of an hourglass shape (however, again, genetics will dictate how much you can do)
My advice:
-Eat in a calorie surplus (250 cals over maintenance per day to gain 0.5lb per week) Any more than this and you will be more likely to gain fat
-Follow a progressive lifting program (I would recommend Strong Curves, fantastic program with focus on glutes in particular but will help build your body overall)
-Have patience.1
