I started watching my weight and dieting around mid August when my blood sugar was elevated to say the least. My weight was 224 then and I hit a wall at 210 pounds, Until I spoke to my nutritionist (Katie Moore) on Monday Oct 2nd. I started a strict 1200 calorie a day regimen with a good workout every other day. 3 days later the wall has moved and I dropped another 5 pounds quickly. Pretty excited and looking forward to getting under 200. BS is now between 87 and 117. Time to reduce the meds.
